If you are a person who likes to spend time outdoors doing work around the yard, then this type of home gives you a far better chance of finding a yard you will be happy landscaping, maintaining, and even adding a garden too.
Since you will own the land, you can tear down an existing fence to restore the nice natural view. Or, you can put up a fence to add privacy and security. You can plant trees, tear down trees, and put in any yard features you please. Are you tired of dealing with noise-related issues?
Some families live a rather quiet existence, and they would like the same from their neighbors. Other families can be more boisterous, they may love their music, and they may entertain frequently.
